Monster: in Q2 2015 alweer omzetkrimp

Our quarterly results exceeded our expectations as we continue to execute our transformative strategy while improving profitability.

We are confident that our new strategic products combined with our traditional core products provide a superior competitive solution for our customers.

zegt hij deze keer:

We are increasingly confident that our family of new strategic products are additive to our traditional core products and provide a superior competitive solution for our customers

Demand for our resumes and profiles based products – also known as direct sourcing products, increased 17% on a year-over-year basis with our classic search products growing 7% year-over-year. The majority of our growth in this product category came from TalentBin by Monster, and our new Talent CRM offering.

As the economy improves and the labor market tightens, demand for all types of talent is increasing. As the labor pool shrinks, there will be a continued demand for active sourcing. This demand clearly is good for all of Monsters offering but particularly good for our differentiated and direct sourcing products. Demand and usage of TalentBin aligns with these trends. As companies continue to hire, we need to find and engage passive talent outside of traditional sources will and does increase. As a result, the number of customers adopting TalentBin continues to grow. Many of our customers tell us that TalentBin allows them to discover and convert hard to fill technical talent. Customers who have not been successful recruiting on broad professional networks or specific niche sites have related terrific TalentBin successes.

Zelfs in het verre Azië wordt geprofiteerd:

In India we are benefiting from introduction of Monster strategic products, in particular TalentBin and Twitter Cards
