De presentatie van deze drie heren heeft als titel: Sourcing from your ATS – turning a black hole into a gold mine.
Despite the fact that every applicant in our ATS has expressed the intent to work for us and has given us their full CV, reality is that few organisations make a priority of the effective reuse of applicant data in the ATS. ATS are more often black holes rather than the gold mines they could be. This is part due to poor search capabilities in the ATS, and part due to recruiters reluctance to change the reliance on post-and-pray and sourcing from external databases.
In this session we will discuss how organisations can more effectively mine the treasures in their ATS. Which search and analytics tools can be used to empower recruiters, and which organisational barriers need to be eliminated to embed this into our daily sourcing practice? And can we change from evaluating and sourcing candidates for specific jobs only, towards cherry-picking the ATS for good people for every job in the company?
