Boutique onderzoeksbureau Bersin & Associates is overgenomen door Deloitte Consulting LLP en zal daarbinnen tot kruisbestuiving moeten leiden met Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. Bersin gaat als onafhankelijke unit binnen Deloitte verder onder de naam Bersin by Deloitte. Oprichter Josh Bersin drukt de zoektocht naar kruisbestuiving misschien wel het beste uit:

Bersin levert rapportages binnen het HR domein via haar online portal Bersin Insights. Bersin had voor de overname de ambitie om haar werkterrein (nu m.n. Noord-Amerika) richting Europa uit te breiden. Gaat deze ambitie met de overname door Deloitte nu versneld invulling worden gegeven?
