A special message from Sal Iannuzzi
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Please accept my sincere thanks for your business and support of Monster over the past year. Your commitment to us is truly appreciated, and I’d like to reinforce our commitment to you.
The last few years have been economically trying on many levels. Recruiting and staffing teams continue to do more with less. And in a world of tightened budgets and fewer resources, we recognize that you must make every dollar count. For that reason, we appreciate that you’ve decided to put your trust in us. And we’re confident that we will continue to deliver value for you.
Over the last year, we’ve invested heavily in performance for our customers. From bolstering our leading traffic position, to creating a distribution network to reach job seekers wherever they are online, we’ve taken steps to significantly improve the quantity and quality of talent we deliver to your opportunities. We’ve continued to grow our extensive member resume database, giving you access to both active and passive candidates. And, we’ve continued to invest in our 6Sense® search technology to help you efficiently pinpoint the right talent from all of these sources, and from your own candidate databases, as well.
We have also been working hard on a number of initiatives intended to strengthen Monster for the long term, and to further enhance the value we deliver to you. Over the coming months, we will share more with you about the new things we have planned. I’m confident that these initiatives will provide you with even better, more efficient ways to find, recruit and manage talent.
It’s an exciting time at Monster, and I sincerely hope we can continue to earn your business and your trust, in the new year.
If you are ever in need of reaching me or any of our leadership at Monster, please feel free to reach out to me directly at sal.iannuzzi@monster.com.
From everyone at Monster, thank you. May the new year bring hiring success and business success for you and your organization.
Sincerely,
Sal Iannuzzi
