Jawel, LinkedIn stelt ruim $ 1 miljard meer waard te zijn dan Monster. Dat moet hard aankomen op Monster HQ; en al helemaal als je bedenkt dat nog niet al te lang geleden er plannen waren voor een samensmelting van de twee bedrijven. Maar ja, dat ligt allemaal in het verleden en hier gaat het om de toekomst. De toekomst van LinkedIn wel te verstaan; die via haar IPO de grootste beursgenoteerde ‘vacaturesite’ denkt te gaan worden:
LinkedIn Corporation is offering 4,827,804 shares of its Class A common stock and the selling stockholders are offering 3,012,196 shares of Class A common stock. We will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders. This is our initial public offering and no public market currently exists for our shares of Class A common stock. We anticipate that the initial public offering price will be between $32.00 and $35.00 per share.
